Malaysia

The appointed courier service provider for our deliveries is J&T.

For 1-3kg,

West Malaysia: RM10
East Malaysia: RM15

*If your purchase is RM150 and above, you’ll be entitled to FREE SHIPPING.

The processing time for orders with ready stock is between 1-3 business days, following the standard shipping period within Malaysia it takes 2-7 business days.

As for pre-orders, the parcels should reach you within 21 days, your patience is highly appreciated.

**Due to the current circumstances, the estimated time for your parcel's arrival may vary.

Please bear in mind that we don’t ship during Weekends and Public Holidays.

International

We will be using J&T as our shipping courier.

Customs, import taxes, duties, and collection fees may apply and vary according to country. We ship your orders DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid), which means any fees are charged once the parcel arrives at its destination, and must be paid by the recipient.

Upon confirmation of the orders, kindly allow up to 2-4 business days to process your order and schedule for delivery. You shall receive your parcel within 2 weeks of working days. You will receive an email notification with your tracking number from our appointed courier service company once your order is dispatched.
